Bella-Rae's Adventure in the World of Theatre: A Journey with Violet

Hey everyone! Bella-Rae here, and I'm so excited to share my journey with you all. At just 11 years old, I've had the amazing opportunity to perform in front of hundreds of people and bring joy to their hearts. It's been an absolute dream come true, and I can't wait to tell you all about it.

So, let's dive right in. I play the role of Violet in our production of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," and let me tell you – it's been a whirlwind of excitement from the very beginning. When I first heard Violet's song "Queen of Pop," I knew in my heart that I just had to be her. So, I gave my audition everything I had, and I'm so grateful to have been given the chance to bring this iconic character to life on stage.

Combining choreography with singing for "Queen of Pop" was definitely a challenge, but I was determined to overcome it. I spent hours practicing, pushing myself to improve with each rehearsal. And you know what? All that hard work paid off, because now, I feel more confident than ever performing that song.

Now, onto my favourite scene in the show – when I blow up and turn into a blueberry. It's such a hilarious and memorable moment, and I love the opportunity to really dive into Violet's larger-than-life personality.

But more than anything, I hope to inspire others to take part and get involved in theatre. There's something truly magical about being on stage and bringing a story to life, and I want everyone to experience that joy and excitement for themselves. My ultimate goal is for the audience to leave the theatre thinking, "I want to watch that again!" – because that would mean we've done our job right!

Now, let's talk chocolate – my ultimate weakness is Cadbury's, all day long! There's just something so irresistible about that creamy, delicious goodness that I can't get enough of.

If I could invent a sweet, it would definitely be bubble gum that you can blow a bubble and hold onto it to fly away. How cool would that be?

And finally, my favourite moment in the show has to be "The Candy Man." There's something so magical about that song, and it really sets the tone for the entire show.

As for my favourite character, it's definitely Violet. I mean, who wouldn't love a character with such an amazing song?

In conclusion, my journey with "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" has been nothing short of amazing. From auditions to rehearsals to when I finally step out onto that stage, it's been a rollercoaster of emotions, and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. So come join us for an unforgettable journey into the sweet and magical world of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. Trust me – you won't want to miss it! 🍫✨
