This is my blog post on the UK Tour of the musical Sister Act which I saw at the Grimsby Auditorium on Friday 5th July 2024 with some of my friends from CAODS. It was divine, the cast were fabulous especially Wendi Peters from ITV’s Coronation Street, Landi and Alfie Parker and some of the others as well, I liked some of the songs like It’s Good To Be A Nun, Sunday Morning Fever, Haven’t Got A Prayer and my favourite Raise Your Voice, it’s now one of my favourite musicals, the Grimsby Auditorium is still one of my favourite regional theatres, before the show I got the souvenir brochure from the merchandise stall and after the show I got some selfies, signatures and hugs from some of the cast members (Alfie knows me from Facebook-talk about Mr Popularity aka me).
Go and see Sister Act either on its UK Tour until Saturday 5th October 2024 or in London’s West End at the Dominion Theatre until Saturday 31st August 2024.
